The exception saying that Ordinal binding and Named binding can not be combined.
is thrown by

 
                                                                OracleCallableStatement#execute().

The method checks if there is both a named parameter and an ordinal one using two booleans

 
                                                                atLeastOneOrdinalParameter

and

 
                                                                atLeastOneNamedParameter

 
                                                                @NamedStoredProcedureQuery(name = "Employee.findById", 
    resultClasses = Employee.class, 
    procedureName = "GET_EMPLOYEE",

results in setting

 
                                                                atLeastOneNamedParameter = true;

while

 
                                                                query.setParameter("P_ID_EMP", "ID00001");

because Hibernate binds parameters by position results in

 
                                                                atLeastOneOrdinalParameter = true;

causing the throw of the Exception when

 
                                                                OracleCallableStatement#execute()

is called
