The name for method isInitialized on EntityInitializer was ambiguous, and the method not documented.

Additionally I believe that in this case there was no need to provide a default implementation, which in fact might prove tricky as it needs to be implemented correctly; I’ll remove the default implementation so that implementors have better awareness about the need of implementing this.
