Steve Ebersole I'll reopen this and have a working set of patches locally. Passes all ORM tests and going to test WildFly as well to be extra sure I'm not missing some odd cross-project integration requirement.

But I'll wait for you to +1 our plea before I apply it... or let me know if there is another section of the spec which you'd consider contradicting section 9.2.
