Sergey Chernolyas the issue you created for the Neo4J team is very confusing. It starts with "Guidelines" while you should read those guidelines and create an issue description which gives some context and a reasonable description.

I'm afraid that you're pushing work of understanding the problem to others, that's not how OSS communities work and it's very likely that they will ignore you. Try to describe what you're after and what you already did to try investiage the problem, and what you expect the team to do to help you.
