I'm quite sure I uploaded the file but it seems like the new interface has some bugs, and the documents are not saved correctly.

I switched the interface to the old format and tried the upload again, now the attachment should be present.

Can you please confirm that you are able to download the attachment (and, btw, also that you are able to reproduce the problem)?
