This is related to HSEARCH-1121, which requires a bit of research. For sure we're moving into a modular world, be it just JBoss Modules or OSGi or further evolution, so I doubt a plain ServiceLoader will fit our needs.

The standard {{ServiceLoader}} could be used to read the services file instead of the custom implementation in {{StandardServiceManager}}.
