It was broken in this commit of https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-validator/pull/690/commits/ddb7fe435d02d5e7d4b1450866cc291a2bddf6c6 of https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-validator/pull/690 and no tests failed so we are definitely missing some tests.
