Maybe the other guys'. With respect to my comments above, if someone with admin access can simply remove them I think that will be helpful, because they are incorrect and will probably add to the confusion. I thought I was running Tomcat 7 locally, but I determined that I'm on Tomcat 6. After that, everything that previous commenters said fell into place. Also in my previous comment, there is no way for a change to the provided dependencies to effect a difference in runtime behavior. Analysis fail all around. :-D
Anyway the commentary on this thread up to my contribution helped me make sense of what's happening and helped me to fix the situation. I just upgraded to TC 7.
