Rationalize the set of jars that we're shipping as part of our distribution as part of the Tika integration.

Maybe the whole Tika integration should be made optional?
With Tika the needed dependencies vastly depend on what kind of documents you need to parse, we should make it easy to find the dependencies (as I think we're probably missing on many anyway) but not include them.
