The JavaDoc of ExecutableDescriptor#getParameterDescriptor() currently says:

The size of this list corresponds to the number of this executable's parameters.

I think in order to avoid confusion, we should omit the reference to the number of parameters, since the list might contain descriptors for synthetic parameters.
