As blog titles are rendered using <h2>, headings within posts should only use <h3> and up. Legacy posts partly use <h2> and <h1>, though. We should transpose the headings to start of <h3> in such cases.

Requires an update to the importer to run with the PStore file and leave images/attachments alone if already present (which they are by now).
