Hi Kevin Sutter, I have pushed a snapshot which removes the two affected tests to the JBoss Snapshot repo. Could you pull it from there and let me know whether this lets the TCK pass for you? If not we can collect other issues here in JIRA, otherwise I'll do the 1.1.4 release of the TCK. Thanks!
