The Jandex issue shouldn’t be related; it’s already (in theory?) able to skip the module-info class, that JANDEX-41 issue is about actually being able to parse it rather than skipping it.

We actually have an integration tests to cover for this - might be a duplicate of https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-13859 ?

P could you give us more details please? How can I reproduce it and which version of Hibernate were you using?
