http://pastebin.com/bNHLat1G contains the call to the ClassLoaderAccessImpl ctor that is used to load the test class during the second bootstrap phase. Should this call to the ClassLoaderAccessImpl ctor (from MetadataBuildingProcess.complete) pass null in for the temp classloader?
