The master branch is currently what will become 5.1. The 5.0 branch is, well, 5.0.x. So depends which version you want it in. If you want it in the next 5.0 bugfix release you should port it to that 5.0 branch as well.

Also, be sure to set the appropriate fix-version(s) here in Jira.
