Verified that EmbeddableExtraTest.testPersistEmbeddedWithNullEmbeddedList do not persist the PhoneNumber structure set to null.
i.e. inside CouchDB the stored object is:

Then ported EmbeddableMappingTest from hibernate-ogm-mongodb to hibernate-ogm-couchdb, adapting the id to retrieve the Account document.
The test has been enhanced with a further assertion to successfully verify that doing loadedAccount.setHomeAddress( null ) do no store the address structure.
