Interesting that Gail Badner's fix for the order by clause done in September 2010 wasn't also applied to the having clause which was an issue raised by Chris Wilson in November 2009. The having clause alias issue is alive and well in v4.2.19, which I'm using here in July 2015. Has it been resolved in v4.3+ perhaps?
