The idea is not bad, but I don't think it's worth eventually to extract the constraints. Having a single module is less complex for the very most people and I've not seen much demand for this really. Also we have a liberal license, so one can take the constraints and use them with another provider if needed. I'll close this one as "Won't Fix".
