Davide D'Alto, any approach/strategy for this issue? Btw. have you seen the [Bulk API|docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/method/Bulk/] introduced in MongoDB 2.6? This may be very useful, as we could collect all the ops in one such bulk and then send them to the store in one go.
