Given that until this is fixed the behaviour breaks apps which were relying on it (reported in https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-16835 ) - can this please be prioritised? Or an estimation given on a fix?

Our use case is multi-tenancy with a data discriminator column and this would help support this.
