The problem is that nodes like corpcredit or corpname are not rendered with the current xlst files. We could do, howerver, the following:

• use issuenum for the version (I think that is the intention of the JBoss srtylesheet)
• use releaseinfo for the specification lead
• use legalnotice for the license information within prefaceinfo (not rendered within _bookinfo )
