Why do we need to build with JDK 6? Or is this only about making sure that OGM can run on Java 6? In case of the latter, we can ensure that (also when using JDK 7 for building) using the Animal Sniffer plug-in.

OGM should be build using JDK 6.
We should enforce it using the maven plugin.
