Looking again at your first exception, that argument mismatch exception makes me curious. Just to be sure, you should not add the Hibernate OGM JARs as part of your EAR in case you added the modules from the ZIP/TAR.GZ to your WildFly installation. So speaking in Maven terms, you should add the OGM dependencies with "provided" scope in this case.
