Is that problem really patched in the Hibernate 4.3.0.Final ? Because while testing the schema generation, under EclipseLink and Hibernate, I also ran into it : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21103795/schema-generation-with-eclipselink-and-hibernate-jpa2-1-foreignkey-ignored
