Slightly related, we should put the license header to be used into the Wiki or similar. There's one for ORM but that refers to LGPL. In HV we're not 100% consistent regarding the company name in the header, there's sometimes still "LLC" used in recent commits.
We could also use the Maven License plug-in to set and check the headers. Actually that would be my prefered option as this automates that issue so we wouldn't have to care about this again.
