The document you're refering to is not in the repository itself but in the Jboss's developer wiki, isn't it?
If that's the case, I believe the bug fix should be done in the gradle script as I said or by adding some kind of temporal warning in that document
Is that guide repeated in the repository's documentation folder? I mean this one
