I think this bug is certainly caused by: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=438534. In brief, it's a bug that only occurs when code is compiled with the Eclipse compiler below 4.4.1. Indeed, when launching a piece of code of mine concerned by this bug under Kepler, it fails whereas it works with Eclipse Mars.
