Thanks for your comments. So we extended a wrong/old dialect in our application. I wonder why it worked with version 4 and the 5 beta this way. Anyways we changed it to use SQLServer2008Dialect now instead and everything works fine without need for any adaptions (as expected). Thanks again guys.
