Sanne Grinovero - what is your take on this? The issue is assigned to you.

I see three options:

• Just document the need to have the right repo configured in https://developer.jboss.org/wiki/ReleasingHibernateValidator
• Add the settings.xml file back
• Somehow get jdocbook-style deployed onto Maven Central

The latter would be my preferred options, but I don't know if it is possible. Thoughts?
