I did some investigation and - with the knowledge I have- it seems

• The HQL is correct and always contains the right number of parameters
• When the HQL is transform to SQL, The AST coming out the parser seems the same. I provided some screenshots.
• But the SQL going out the SqlGenerator differs. I am still looking to understand why exactly and this seems not so simple.
