Having something similar to Elasticsearch's org.hibernate.search.v6poc.backend.elasticsearch.document.model.ElasticsearchIndexSchemaFieldContext#asJsonString would be nice.
For Lucene, it would mean passing arbitrary Field instances when indexing. The main question is: which metata would the Lucene backend need to handle these fields when querying?
