Brett Meyer - I would like to recommend the following:

• Please add additional content to the @Filter Javadoc and user guide documentation to make it clearer how the SqlFragmentAlias annotation is used and how it relates to the condition (for example, I think the term "descriptors" might be a bit confusing, as there are no fields referred to by that term)
• It might be useful to update the @Filter documentation for deduceAliasInjectionPoints() (as seen in the commits) so that the reference to @SqlFragmentAlias is more consistent with the other documentation

Also, could you please clarify if the additional keywords (like "TOP") are on hold for master/5.0.0?
