This is an optimization and we introduced this property so you can disable the optimization if you run into issues. Could you please create a test case for this? This optimization is enabled by default and the Hibernate test suite runs through fine with it, so you must be doing something that we have no tests for which is bad. We would like to fix this with the next release.
