Well, for support, I just remember, for various actions (changing repo ownership/deleting existing repo) there was a chance to write a comment and afterwards I just used the same message thread and discussed whatever issues I had. Usually they answered in a day or so. So I got all my issues clarified. But I didn't target any gradle specific requests on support, so can't tell.
