Workaround from Piotr does not work for Tomcat (7.42).
Also, 4.3.0 Betas do not work, still the same error, only 4.2.8 works properly.
Any additional ideas? Is really a "show stopper" to stick on version 4.2.8 because many libraries alredy depend on 4.3.
