I looked into adding the enableSeconLevelCacheCheck() to org.hibernate.internal.SessionImpl.MultiIdentifierLoadAccessImpl but I wasn't sure the proper way to actually load the entities from within org.hibernate.loader.entity.DynamicBatchingEntityLoaderBuilder#performUnorderedMultiLoad.
