| Sorry but I completely disagree that this should be logged at some higher level. The spec very clearly says that this is the expected behavior - so why would we log something that is universally (a well-known spec qualifies as universal imo) as a warning or an error? It just makes no sense. So now someone not intending on using Hibernate as the provider gets WARN logs that Hibernate won't be the provider?!? And y'all think that's a better situation? I don't get it... |
