I tried to re-produce the issue with a small test case myself, but I'm not getting the error you describe. I ran a simple native query which returns the entity on the "one" side and then can navigate to the "many" side as expected. It'd be great to have a reproducer for this so we can find out whether it's something which needs to be fixed in OGM or whether it's maybe just a glitch on the usage side.
