~~HHH-3275~~ allowed to nest a <tuplizer /> element into a <composite-element /> and this is indeed fixed.

In this issue, I am suggesting that the same should be allowed for <composite-id /> elements.

I took a peek at the hibernate-core-4.3.0.Beta4.jar. The org/hibernate/hibernate-mapping-4.0.xsd and org/hibernate/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd do not seem to allow this.

hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd does not allow for a composite-id element to have a nested tuplizer element.
