I am using Spring(Tomcat) + JPA (Hibernate 4.3.8) with MS SQL Server 2012 /2014 as backed. My application is working fine for some time(like 30 min - 45 min) then started getting the Socket Error and Callable statement.getMatchRows giving exception as the connection is not released even after my S.P. returned the results.
