Which tags should be removed? I think merging makes sense e.g. for "Hibernate OGM" and "OGM", but I am wondering when we should remove tags? It would be great if we could hide tags from the tag cloud (e.g. "Seam") because they are not really relevant any more, but I would not remove those tags altogether from the posts.
