And indeed, it's reported as valid by Hibernate Validator.

I changed the test CPFValidatorTest#correct_cpf_without_separator_validates() to test your number and it's reported as valid. Are you sure you are treating your CPF value as a String from end to end? Without the leading 0, it will lead to an invalid CPF.

If you still think there's an issue, could you elaborate on it as I can't reproduce it?
