I tried to reproduce this with

• H2
• DB2
• PostgreSQL

with Hibernate versions

• 4.2.0.Final
• 4.3.8.Final
• 5.0.1.Final

but couldn't reproduce this. Maybe this is a MSSQL issue. I can't verfiy that because I don't have MSSQL installed, so please someone take a look at the testcase I uploaded and try it out with MSSQL.
