There was a change to the way how the distribution bundles are built which caused these bundles (i.e. the ZIP and the TAR) to be uploaded to Nexus during a release. As these are intended for distribution via SourceForge only, I've disabled the deployment to Nexus for the distribution module (as it used to be the way before).
