After thinking about all this, it seems that all those objects have no lifecycle known to Bean Validation hence the spec should not mention anything except in one case.
In the integration chapter, we describe how these objects should be provided by CDI and thus we probably should explain that CDI is responsible for these objects lifecycles. But even that seems implied so I'm not sure we should "clarify" it necessarily.
But otherwise, I am not sure what more we should add to the spec.
