In Java EE 6, a Weld specific contract asks the container to provide the default ValidatorFactory (and Validator?).
With the notion of CDI enabled MessageInterpolator, ConstraintValidatorFactory etc, this is likely not possible.

We need to sit down with Pete and possibly more people to find a clear path to this problem.
