Looking at GitHub metadata, that seems to be a fork from https://github.com/sonarme/luke , which states being "deprecated" and points back to the current link.

It seems right that Dmitry Kan has the very latest.. but is he in charge of the project now? And do we want to point to the very bleeding edge, or is this going to be contributed back to repository at code.google?
We might want to ask Dmitry and the other developers before changing "reference".
