Not to keep beating a drum, but this is exactly why guidelines like MCVE and SSCCE discuss providing a pared down example. At the moment I am leaning to calling this a Spring Data bug. If I do not see a Hibernate-only illustration of this being a problem in Hibernate, then I am going to reject this report as just that.
