With the introduction of a tooling link (see WEBSITE-78) there is a certain confusion between the tooling link on the left hand side and the top menu Tools.

It would be nice to move the different project specific tooling artifacts as well as Hibernate Tools somehow under /tools.

This requires some re-thinking and re-structuring of all pages under /tools.
