I signed the contributor agreement and filed a PR to fix the first few alerts: https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-orm/pull/1898

Many of the other alerts (including more serious ones) need someone with more knowledge of Hibernate to look at them. Let me know if there's anything else I can do here.
